Calendar and wheel both show at once. The sheet covers about 85% of the screen. That works, but it feels heavy for "I bought coffee just now".

The default is one Time row (18:35 ▾), so the sheet is as short as it is today. Tap it and the wheel slides open under the row, pushing Repeat down. The wheel only appears when someone actually wants a different time.

The same as 2b once opened, but the calendar shrinks to one line ("Tue 29 Sep · Change date") while the wheel is open. The sheet stays short and only one picker shows at a time.
Turn 1 · Time in the add form's date sheetEach option shows the Time row inside the date sheet, under the calendar. Options a, c and d work when you try them here.

Scroll each column; the middle band is the chosen time. Everyone knows it from alarm clocks. It's always visible and needs no extra tap, but it adds 150px to the sheet.

A single compact row. Tapping it opens the phone's own picker: the wheel on iPhone, the clock face on Android. Uses the least space, and it's what engineering gets for free.

Two boxes that bring up the number keypad. Fast for anyone who knows the time, with no scrolling. It jumps to the minutes box after 2 digits.

Tap an hour, then :00, :15, :30 or :45. Two taps, matching the calendar grid above it. Good enough for a spending log, where the exact minute rarely matters.
